About Us
The Adams County 4-H Programs Committee supports the non-profit 4-H programs throughout Adams County. Funds raised are used for educational and leadership opportunities and activities, scholarships, projects and awards that develop each participant’s potential for premier leadership, personal growth and future success in all areas of life for children 8 to 18 years old throughout Adams County.
Our Purpose
The Adams County 4-H Programs Committee is a group of adult 4-H volunteers who have taken on the responsibility for raising funds to support the non-profit 4-H programs throughout Adams County. We’re hoping you can help us out! Funds are used to support Adams County youth in the following Leadership, Citizenship and Educational projects, activities & awards among others:
- Colorado Leadership Conference/4-H Youth Fest
- Leadership Development Conference
- 4-H State Conference
- Citizenship Washington Focus
- Educational Scholarships
- National 4-H Congress
- National Western Roundup
- Regional and National project-specific contests
- Adams County Fair
These activities and projects help develop each participant’s potential for premier leadership, personal growth and recognize success for the 4-H members throughout Adams County.
Meeting Times
Meetings are held on the first Thursday of even months at 6:00pm. Please see the Adams County 4-H Calendar for details and additional meeting dates.
